This Privacy Policy explains how MOI Media Private Limited (“MOI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, use our services, interact with our campaigns, apply for a role, or otherwise engage with us. If you are an influencer, creator, brand, candidate, vendor, or site visitor, please read this policy carefully.

  • Professional & demographic data: profile/portfolio, resume/CV, skills, interests, creator categories, language preferences.

  • Campaign & performance data (for brands and creators): content links, engagement metrics, audience insights, attribution data, promo codes, campaign analytics.
  • Usage & device data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referral URLs, approximate location, cookies/SDKs, beacons, and similar technologies.
  • Media & UGC: photos, videos, captions, testimonials, and other content you submit or authorize us to use.
  • Recruitment data (candidates): education, work history, portfolio, references, interview notes, and background checks where lawful.
  • Compliance data: consents, disclosures, communications, and records needed to meet legal obligations (e.g., DPDP, IT Act, GST, income tax, advertising standards).
